    The only difference between Start and Week 10 is the length of his pants.

  • He doesn't look like he put on 8 kg of lean mass at all. Even for newbie gains thats alot. Hey personal trainer dude.... I've been training for bout 3 yrs.... if you guys can gurantee me 8g muscle gains in 10 weeks...... I will fly back to singapore to train with you guys........ Man even if u gurantee me 5 Kg of Lean mass in 10 weeks i'll be super impressed

  • @jurgenho I beg to differ. Almost anyone new to the scene who is diligent in training and eating can expect such gains. See it all the the time.

  • The scale and calipers don't lie. All our clients are steroid free. We do use alot of nutrients and supplements to get good results though.

  • It's not humanly possible to put on 8kg (17.6lbs) of muscle in 10 weeks. Unless you're on the juice. We gain at most a pound of muscle in a month. Do some research. Anyway not here to pour cold water on your progress. See you lost some abdominal fat which is hard to lose unless you have a strict diet plan. Keep up the good work.
