PS Ive lived in Oakland...and everyday on the news there is a story of the cops killing or hurting unarmed people. Only reason Oscar's situation got publicized was cause Oakland RIOTED. Oakland has been holding peaceful protests for years. The bay is home to cop watch...no one hears anything till people raise hell. To Oakland51oo...people dont shoot at cops in Oakland..makes me wonder which Oakland your really from.

No one is acting as if this is the first time and it certainly is NOT the first time an unarmed person has been shot while 'prone', not a threat, handcuffed or in the back.
