This month in Rush Hour we are talking about the virtue of service: lending a hand to help someone else. All month long we have been raising support for a local non-profit organization called the OUR Center (Outreach United Resource Center). The OUR Center exists to unify resources to help the people in our community meet their individual needs and move toward self-sufficiency. Last week, we heard this testimony from Omar Martinez, a local business owner whose family benefited from the services provided by the OUR Center. His powerful testimony inspired our families to step up their service efforts for this wonderful organization.
