Lost in the SEC championship to the best team in the country that got shafted outta the National Championship. 2006: DESTROYED Cal, provided this great comeback, were one defensive stop (actually got it, if wasn't for blown call) from beating LSU, and beat Bama. 2007: 2 special teams breakdowns from beating Cal again, destroyed a better Georgia team, held best running back duo (McFadden/Jones) to 155 yards total, and were 1 play from beating eventual National Champion.

After 2001, Flummo was 3-4 vs Bama, And yeah, I remember 2001, the year Fulmer folded in the 2nd quarter against LSU to lose to a 2nd string QB and RB blowing a shot at another NC. We've never had a team with more offensive firepower, never. And its funny you dont mention anything after 2001. Not much to talk about is there, and THAT is my point. SECE titles dont mean shit, and when you order rings for coming in 2nd place, you are a laughing stock!

I bet you were complaining about Sanders when his play calls won the NC, won 11 games in 2001.
