  • Hi I have an external hard drive and I was doing an online backup which failed. I tried to eject the hard drive through the computer and it said the external hard drive was in use but there was no backup being done. I manually shut off the external hard drive and now it isn't being recognized when I plug it in and turn it on. If there any way of fixing this problem? Windows was not able to update the driver.
