@mmould03 well i'm not sure about hard drives but i don't think they would have a problem!!!!!now fof the cd/dvd drive it would not have a problem of shorting out if you use mineral oil!!! but you would have a problem when you would insert a disk in it because it would not run at the speed it sould!!! the liquid would slow the motor down causing it to fail!!!! so if you have the time and the tools you can cut a hole in the tank and put it in like you would put it in a pc case!!!!! :D
