Toontown - An Amazing Cog Suit Glitch/Code

I was walking around in Toontown Central, Nutty River and saw a 15 laffpointed toon walking around with a Level 1 Cold Caller suit. I thought it was fixed, but it probably wasn't. Or, he found out another way to do the glitch. It was very odd. This was from Treetop Clan Productions. Thank you!

No, thats not a glitch, its only glitch if you actually HAD your cog suit. This guy is a hacker that uses TTinjector
