@elouwen Thanks for the info but the problem for me is that you cannot legaly recive your pay outside of a bank account. Meaning that they can colude.

lack of personal responsibility. you sign agreements with fine print learn to read it and stop whining. signing those credit card agreements is like signing a deal with the devil people should be prepared for the ensuing results.

You are correct, that is at least part of the answer, but not the amero (the currency the bankers have waiting in the wings, after default) but silver and gold coinage as our constitution says real money.

The Europeans want us (taxpayers) to pay back trillions that the bankers borrowed in our name. I think we should default, because we received nothing for this debt.

Im not sure what it is like in America but here in Australia it is illigal to not get your pay in a bank account. Meaning it is impossible for citizens to opt out of the banking system. Consiquently there will always be profiteering.

In this economic climate, where the profiteering greed, avarice, reckless speculation and non-accountability of the big banks is a matter of factual record, the paradigm has shifted, and otherwise responsible people have a choice to either let this corporate abuse continue, or to take a stand against it......or maybe I just choose to shirk my responsibilities as a corporate cash-cow?

The banksters cry poor mouth through the national media while they pay millions to lobby Congress to pass BILLIONS in BAILOUTS. They are liars and thieves who create money out of nothing, loan it out and charge interest on it. The Federal Reserve Act is nothing but legalized counterfeiting. If you or I created money out of nothing and lent it to anyone at interest we would end up in Club Fed.
Time for Civil Disobedience. Stop paying and learn how to defeat collection.

I gladly join the revolt. I, too, have been bent over by BOA. Well, the joke's on them, because I am a responbible citizen who pays her bills. What good is having good credit if they still treat you like you don't? I give up my credit score and my debt, too :)
