The history of cotton might be a good place to start in Google search. You will find if you r literate, that the history of cotton originates in INDUS VALLEY CIVILIZATION while your women prefer walking naked in the streets, INDIA'S HISTORY was rooted in dress & covering up in beautiful cloth.. Greece influenced a lot other civilizations, including the etruscan one. As for the western art of draping, it was much more complicated than all the indian styles together.
