What else would it be? The rendered video is perfectly onbeat. It happens with plenty of other walkers too.
The cwalkmedia guide doesn't do anything but make it worse and decrease the quality from my experiences. The only surefire way to combat offbeat uploading is to shift the audio.
I really doubt that Ian would cwalk offbeat for the entirety of this video.
