This is a cultural documentary entitled MARLEH (The Elephant Dance of the god of the mountain - Evasa Moto) of the Bakweri tribe located at the foot of Mount Cameroon , in the South West Region of Cameroon - West Africa . This traditional elephant dance known as Marleh is been performed every year in all the 19 Bakweri villages in order to a peace the gods of the mountain known as EVASA MOTO (god of the mountain).
According to the Bakweri Traditional belief, this cultural festival is performed to avoid certain calamities from befalling the land such as Earth tremor and volcanic eruption. We have a 45 minutes DV (Digital Video) video of this cultural dance known as MARLEH, which we wish to sell. We look forward hearing from you. Kind Regards, Kinge George
