PROTEST HELD AGAINST RISING PRICES[MEHNGAI] IN THE STATE AND THE COUNTRY .

Sunil Dimple President Jammu West Assembly Movement held protest demonstration and took out rally which started from Newplot , Amphalla-Rehari and culminated at Sarwal .
People shouted slogans against the UPA Govt, burnt effigies, JMC, CAPD ,Food & Supply transport Minister in protest Against the Failure of the Central and State Coalition Govt. to control the Rising Prices, adulteration in the eatables and for not gearing up the CAPD Food and supply departments of the Jammu region to check the rising prices in the state .The protestants also protested for not supply " non availability of atta , chawal, sugar on the ration depots. Rising prices of essential commodities.
The protestants were demanding for raids on the traders, hoarders, adulterators, black marketers, by Income TAX departments, enquiries and irregularities by the PDS Public distribution system as hundreds of trucks of the BPL ration is being sold in black in the market ment for the
Addressing the protestants Sunil Dimple blamed the state coalition govt that Govt is not taking any steps to control the rising prices of ration Atta ,Rice , Sugar, edible oils, Dals 100/ Rs, desi ghee 350/ Rs, milk 30/Rs, Curd, cheese/150 Rs, Vegetables, onions, potato, fruits, Kerosene oil, has reached beyond the reach of common man . Dimple alleged CAPD is not performing its duty properly and there is no control on the prices of essential commodities, vegetables, fruit, milk, paneer, edible seeds, dalls, edible oils, desi ghee. And the traders of jamuu have crossed all the limits and there is no check on the rising prices in the state.
He blamed that the Omar Abdullah Govt. and his food and supply Minister and Transport Minister are not serious to take effective steps to control the rising prices in the state. Adulteration in the eatables, sweats,is in peak and the festible season is going on Navratras, Karvachoth, Dewali Marriges have started and the adulteration is at the peak.
He alleged the Jammu Muncipal Corporation and CAPD Deprt and Govt machinery is not taking any step to check the adultration in desi ghee, khoya, and other essential commodities, and are sleeping.
He demanded chief minister Mr. Umar Abdullah should take effective steps to control rising prices to exempt sale tax on the sale of LPG Gas, petrol and diesel to relieve the common man in the J&K State.
He alleged that not even a single arrest has been made in spite of large scales bungling in the CAPD directorate of Jammu region . He demanded arrests of the Culprits of the CAPD departments involved in the scams.
There are scams and lot of irregularities in ration ment for the BPL families,trucks of ration smuggled and there is large scale scams in the past many years in the department and directorate CAPD in Jammu region
He alleged UPA central govt. and J&K state govt. is watching the situation as a mute spectator taking No Effective Steps are being to check this mess and to Control the Rising PRICES in the J&k state.
Sunil Dimple demanded the Prime Minister Dr. Man Mohan Singh and the Chief Minister Umar Abdullah that the black marketers and hoarders have hoarded large quantities of essential commodities in godowns. The state and central Govts. should raid on these godowns. He demanded Prime Minister and Chief Minister to take immediate steps and control the rising prices of essential commodities. He alleged that the poor man has become the victim and has started dieing of starvation.
