I add a few ounces of isopure to my water and crystal light so it isnt so thick.

I just got the multi pack with 6 different flavors. They are on the way so I cant wait to see if I like any of them. I cant do anything right now to get my protein in so Im trying that and Ill let you know how I like each flavor as I try them. :)

maybe because I don't really like it pre-op, I'll love it post-op, lol!! I've gotten to where I can do the Alpine Punch and Grape Frost as long as I put A LOT of ice into it. I still hate the way the protein(?) gathers on the back of my tongue!! I wanted to try to Peach Mango but when I went to the store, they were out of it, and the clerk said it was one of the most popular flavors :). @ grammamarcy, you can get them @ GNC stores or online.

I don't at all care for the punch or the grape. Go with the mango peach, blue raspberry, or the banana one. They are my favs!
