Debate surrounding drug legalisation is simply a debate on personal liberties - on whether the state has a right to incarcerate an individual for causing harm to themselves. I was under the impression that the United States was supposed to be the embodiment personal liberties, considering the numbers of children killed every year by drone attacks in the vain hope of spreading them.
