@cccpisgay Many left during the war, it's hard to go back once you have left. There are also Germans living in Albania, why do they live there? Because Germany is shit? You make no sense. Given, Albania is recovering from a civil war and then refugee crisis but it is not a third world country. Canada is "better" in some ways than Albania because they have benefited from being a new nation isolated from war torn regions of the world plus being next to the economic powerhouse doesn't hurt.
