200SX RB25 test drive no Wastegate Control

Testing after much work, Wastegate control vacuum pipes are removed so boost is contolled by accelerator.

ive got a rb20det and the wast gate is ment to be running at 3 bars but will only do bowt half 1 what can i do??????????????? someone help me

@MultiBrodey maybe the spring inside your wastegate is not strong enough, sometimes the top half of wastegate, which has a vacuum area is suppose to be air tight and have a diaphram inside to allow for flex. This will tear many times making it perform less,

3 bars... I dont think you will be running 3 bar on your rb20. in experiences I've seen no more than 25psi of boost on a rb20.. thats around 1.8Bar.

maybe your waste gate was second hand and is crap?
