i'd the same problem. Spending a loong time, i discovered that the solution is to try recovering in another computer. In my case specifically on a WIN XP. My iphone is breathing again o/

@yungkTV umm idk i get the same error message, i think its the updated itunes, everyone gets that error message, and np dude this helped me too

@D3VILClan wow!! your awesome! i got my iphone back from this comment lol, although i still cant downgrade from 4.3.5 to 4.3.3 i used to get a 3194 error but now i get 20 error, any ideas of what i can do?

ok how to fix this!!!1 go to google and search tinyunbrealla download, download it and plug in ur device that is showing the connect to itunes erroe, then on the left box you will see a ? with ur device name next to it. click on it and on the right corner it will say (exit recovery) click it and you got ur iphone back(:

You can just jailbreak with redsn0w and should work!!!!!! I had same problem!!! :)
