I'm glad that Rwanda regards the sexual violence of its women as it really is! My heart goes out to those lovely and beautiful women who had the misfortune of being raped and violated during the 1994 genocide. I hope the Democratic Republic of Congo and Republic of Congo will also regard the sexual violence of its women as threats to their national security since their women have also been brutally raped and violated! May those women's futures be full of happiness and blessings!
