07 Portland Marathon as seen from a runner (4-6)

This clip is great! Do you remember the guy that was running in mile 3 with the shirt? The same guy is in this clip. Watch and be ready. Also I catch a guy who I enjoyed running with, on the phone. We joke and say he is doing business but he was really trying to connect with his wife on the course. This clip is also a turning point for me! Last year at the same spot I was in BIG trouble. To the poor ladie that fell at mile 14, I'm sorry you fell. Don't worry I didn't load it here.
As for the knee,... it never did get any better. It worsened but I learned from my other taped runs, nobody wants to see me whining about it. Miles 10 - 17 I think.
