modern warfare 3 out of map on resistance glitch

found by mogxproductions this is a out of map glitch on resistance

step 1, get your friend to go on the otherside of the pole and stand where he does (make sure he is on the other team)
step 2, walk up to him
step 3, hold down the aiming button
step 4, while holding down the aiming button press the knife button then press the throwing knife button
step 5, now press y and make sure you are still holding the aiming button throughout the whole thing
step 6, now move back while aiming
step 7, now stop aiming and go to where i do
step 8, now put your crosshairs on your friend (your crosshairs will go red)
step 9, now press the knife button then quickly press and hold the throwing knife button
step 10, hold forward while in the air and land on the building
step 11, now jump down out of the map
step 12, your out of the map
