I have the Gretch version of this kit and love it. I just wish sound guys weren't such pussies when it comes to us drummers not having a port hole in the resonant kick head!
-
what a kit, good drummer too!
-
That kit...... Mother of god.
-
@geemann7 This kit is absolutely identical to the one that John Bonham used from 1971 to late '72. Not that it's a bad thing, I actually think that's incredible. Tell your friend he's an amazing drummer, would you? :)

love the kit only thing i dont like i the way the kick rock back and foward when you hit it is it the spurs are loose or the pedal cus i play a 24 dont move a inch
-
@diperrimax If you look closely, his left leg moves as well, yet the hats remain shut; therefore, he is infact using a double bass pedal. Nice drumming nonetheless
-
@jbonham78 hes doing triplets not using a double bass.
-
his my drum teacher =] i played on that kit at bars <3 its awsome<3
-
double bass drum pedal....... :-)
I would love to take credit for the sound, but this kit belongs to the Great BOBBY RONDINELLI of Rainbow, Black Sabbath, Blue Oyster Cult...Fame. He's a good friend of mine and we set them up in my house to do a promotional video for Ludwig. This video here was just a test.
Thanks.
