@MusicalAndTall the side pods used are custom to match the rb3/rb4 chassis to give a 2009(rb5) onwards look..so no barge boards and no fairings..it still uses a rb3/rb4 exhaust as blown diffuser was not required back then...this car even has a frickin rb1 steering wheel (red hand grips )..this car the history of red bull racing pretty much
@samattrails Nope. It doesnt have the fairings or barge boards. Its the 2011 show car. It doesnt have to meet regulation so it has many different parts and design features.
its not an RB7...Its the red bull racing show car..its the 2007 car RB3 or the 2008 RB4..with the RB5 rear wing and RB5 front wing..the side pods are custom to look similar to rb5..they have to use Pirelli tyres simply because Bridgestone don't produce f1 tyres any more..that "port" is the exhaust RB3 or RB4 didn't have a blown diffuser...why red bull racing made this show car and not just use rb5 i dont know
@RobiChoice It is definitely the RB7, the livery on the car is that of the 2011 RB7's (and also it has the Pirelli tires introduced in the 2011 season). That port up on top is something they attach during garage testing because normally in race setup, the exhaust integrates with the car's side diffuser/rear diffuser to create better airflow and more downforce.
