So, its not secret ballot? What you are describing doesn't seem to be secret ballot to me. My question is how does secret ballot cause coercion, not how does card check cause coercion. It seems simple for card check to cause coercion but odd for secret ballot.

Very Simple ND066..
Nothing secret about it. The union comes into a shop to organize. They take the vote, signing a card that is NOT secret as the names of all and how they vote is out in the open.. It started as the secret ballot initiative. Then it became card check.

Bottom line is that those who do not want unionized are singled out, intimidated, and hounded until Guido pays a visit in the middle of the night letting you know it's better for you and your family.. health wise.. Get it? Quid pro quo to the union pigs at the top from Obama the Marixist guy in the white house.

Maybe someone can explain to me how a secret ballot causes coercion and intimidation. This is a concept I know very little about.
