yeah play it smart. It may be fun doing big jumps but once your knee problems kick in it's no fun anymore. congrats on the roll practice keep it up!

hey bro this is good, but i will agree with the other guy, u need to start rolling. my mate just got diagnosed with arthritis in his knee fromm fukn up one jump, and his advice is to learn to roll, as is mine. otherwise, good work. u have a powerful jump and that was a sweet duble forward lol

thanks, worked on my roll for a couple weeks, it's quite useful, but it makes me wanna go even higher, I don't know if that's a good thing. but eh I'll still be smart with it.

You need to roll it's painful watching this... This is coming from a Traceur this is bad the big jumps can cause serious knee damage. Don't make big drops a regular thing.

Thanks for your concern. I heed your warning, and i'm real careful when I do things. I will never attempt a drop I can't do, because I make sure I can do a very lesser step with ease before going even an inch higher. However, I must say I will work to push the limit regardless. If anyone else is looking to do similar, know that you need much, much more time to recover and recuperate after training jumping ledges then if you where to be doing a normal workout. (at least 5-6 days)

just saying it's really dumb to do stuff like that to your body.. you should only use that when you need to. Ask any Traceur that

Your entitled to your opinion of course. Every time I do it I'm as safe as I can be. I'm not running for my goal with a blind fold on, I got both eyes wide open.
