http://www.yurielkaim.com - In episode #18 of "Ask Yuri" I answer how to avoid losing too much weight. In fact, this question was sent to me by someone whom I don't think has lost too much weight but nonetheless, the answers are helpful.

  • Why would one even want to loose weight when everyone know that being thin is the UGLIEST thing you can be in your life. Why haven't you made a video for us who want to gain more weight !?

When i see you Yuri, i see potential; the potential to fill up the empty space around you with godlike chunks of delicious fat. It would make that one-man sofa look a little less empty.

  • yuri.....do u own any shirts, with anything on them O_O

  • Hey man i have a fight just announced in a months time at 60kg and i'm currently 70kg, i know i can lose that sort of weight but do you think its very unhealthy to lose that amount of weight in 1 month?

  • I lower cals on my days off from the gym and bring them to normal amounts on training days.

Plus there is one weekly cheat meal.

  • great advice!!!!
