Part 2 of 4. SO Sorry originally posted the wrong part 2!!! I put in part 2 of remembering the garage atttic again, instead of Rick. This scene Rick and Lesely see each other for the first time after a LONG time. Thank you so much for bringing this to my attention (you know who you are)!!!!This fits in right after Remembering the Garage Attic clips. Laura has asked Rick Webber to come and give her way for her second wedding to Luke. I had always loved Laura's relationship with him. I am not sure about all of this. It is quite tragic. Just out of curiosity what ever happened to Rick and Lesley's son Mike. The one they adopted in the early 80's. They never talk about or show him at all.

Because he was being written by a bunch of people who did not care anything about the character or the characters history!! It was HORRIBLE!!!

@sussezq: I agree, this was "HORRIBLE". After all that history between Rick and Lesley, there should have been so much more to this reunion than the writers thought they could pass off on the viewers. We got cheated.

I find it so very difficult to watch this show regularly now, mainly because how many of the veteran characters have been pushed out or killed off in favor of the "Sonny and Jason (lack of) Variety Show".

@rpgfantatic I agree... and it seems like a lot of people feel that way. The lack of character history and respect has turned MANY people off of GH. Too sad.

@jvarela965 GH is beyond saving. The whole Soap genre is dead. GH will be cancelled within a year or so trust me.

@delidude1999  The writing staff has been ruining the show for years by bringing back characters from GH's glory years and ruining them. Scotty, Robert, Luke the deadbeat alcoholic dad.

@RealLoisLane But Rick and Laura DID stay in touch; she mentions knowing where he and Ginny are living when she and Luke returned in '93. I'm not sure b/c I only watched some of '96, but it seems like the writers "forgot" that after Lesley returned ...

Why didn't lesley chatize rick for not keeping in touch with Laura for all those years. And Rick adopted Laura so he is not her step-dad, he is her father. I just hate Guza's writing!

@MrJuly1990ish: Yeah, I didn't get that either. Maybe the writers didn't want to deal with the impression that biological cousins were involved with each other (Laura was adopted by Rick and so Laura really isn't a biological relation to Jeff, Sarah or Elizabeth) and just tried to make it easier on themselves by handling it this way?
