@william4art Thank you so much.It sounds good just about any way you play it. Even if you back up some part of of song when there is a guitar solo and it can fill it up and put the part of 6 string guitar in a song. Cheap Trick have 12 string bass guitar in every song they do. I am sold on this bass and plan on getting a 2th12 string bass guitar soon. It is hard on the fingers. But, it sound's very good with it's 8guitar string's and 4bass guitar string's.Get one you will love it.

@william4art The sound I get from ampeg svt3 and four 10's and one18 inch woofer's also electro harmonix tube compresser & that's 5 tube's in preamp & 2 in compresser.You can try other thing's like efx or sound out of guitar amp's as well. I will try guitar amp next. But, I do like straight tube bass amp sound it will be always be a big part of what I do. Also you can find cheap 12 on ebay some people buy them & there hard to play so they sell them. Have neck set up or do it yourself.

@GarethGras I dont no what that is. Everything I did in this video is from the top of my head. All this is me jamming and the way I warm up. I thought I would break out the video camera that day and put some of my idea's down. I have never heard of band you speak of.

I can tell I'd love it. Im dam tempeted to sell off my Jackson Ltd 4 string and my Ibanez 5 string just so I can have one NOW. Ive seen in other 12 string vids that you use two amps a bass amp and guitar amp.. Is that really nescessary. How will it sound just being ran through my Hartke? Im searching for a mean bluesy metal sound

@krazyzark Hello zark. you can dtune one or some of the guitar strings.I dont no about the bass strings.I have dtuned before but can get sloppy. 440 a I use a tuner. have dtuned 4th string before and that sounds cool. I only ever dtune 4th string. I dont no If I did in video. I think that might help you. Finger pain is part of playing 12 string bass guitar.lol I love playing it .It is pretty or heavy when you want that. You can slap it, you can do hammer's on it. You can do most things on it.
