You can play with him, but only and i repeat ONLY when your are playing DS Download Play. You can't unlock him (unless you use Action Replay?) So Benjamillion is right, YOU'RE WRONG!

WTF ur grand prix sucks ass!!!!!!! I did better that u on time trail that's sucks. U cheated on grand prix cause ur fully with R.O.B with dry bomber( that's a noob using those character and kart). not completely all R.O.B. No one cares about ur score... My score better than urs..
