Having previously applied the Sing and Play approach to Joy Division, Depeche Mode and Devo, on a series of 7 singles, Hydrogen Dukebox have taken the idea one step further with artists from the label's roster and beyond choosing their favourite tracks from the likes of Talking Heads, Kylie Minogue, Blondie and My Bloody Valentine to lovingly re-recreate and re-imagine.

Not better, not worse, but not as good either. It's a way slowed down version, trippy almost psytrancey sounding, so I guess it's what you are into, I like both genres & if I hadn't heard the original, I'd like this more than I do knowing how it does NOT compare to the source; still it's a definitely different version. Worth the listen once anyway. :)

Cool, I was lookin' for something different from the original since I like the lyrics but the music not so much. This one, in my opinion is better.
