  • Is the muscle up really that hard? Maybe deceptively so, I do pull ups regularly and I've done the press motion on circumstance pretty easily. Otherwise I'm just learning to get to this level of fitness. Hm... can you point me in a good direction when I can learn more?

  • @warriorfire8103 well it is hard at first, but now that I've been doing them for over a year, they don't seem hard at all! If you have a gymnast or rock-climbing background they will not be hard at all! But for me I could barely do one at first and I could only do it with a serious kip!!

  • Man your a puss Max, you do the same workouts a 10 year old girl does. Weak.

  • @orthodox7x7 haha I know - but that ten year old girl is a gymnast who climbs ropes using only her arms!

  • the yoga exercise is uber hard!! and the muscle up..cant seem to get my elbows to pop up! any tips

  • @ray63087 when you're first learning the only way to get up high enough above the pull-up bar is by 'kipping'...body-english, AKA, cheating!
