  • i thought the sledge hammer was easy till i saw the Balance ball 0.o

  • @spiceytaco95 its up to the department. As far as i can tell these guys are on duty. Some departments require firefighters workout every shift. I have even heard of them bringing in personal trainers

  • the sledge hammer and bosu ball seems difficult

  • These workouts are AWESOME! I have made a recent decision to try and become a firefighter and these workouts just get me even more pumped!!!! Thanks for posting these!

  • @spiceytaco95 Correct! When firefighters are on duty they do a light workout. Most stations require their firefighters to do at least one workout per shift.

  • @spiceytaco95 We do it at the slowest part of our shift, example, my department's slowest time is 4am-11am so we usually work out at 5 am to 8 am

  • @spiceytaco95 They are on duty. They are conditioned for it. Its just like going from call to call to call all day. I heard some radio traffic in the background just after 0:25

  • that would suck to do in that mask
