Klapholz U for a Day

On October 22, UMDNJ will hold its first University for a Day, at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick. Come learn the latest information about vaccines designed to eliminate cancers, warning signs and treatments for heart disease, infectious diseases, myths and miracles of plastic surgery, and pain management. Dr. Marc Klapholz, who speaks in this video, will talk about your heart. Klapholz, who is Director of Cardiology at UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School and University Hospital, says that heart attack is almost completely preventable, and he will describe how. He also will describe how men and women can experience the warning signs for heart attack very differently, and describe new treatments that did not exist just a few years ago.
