his marking and power was good,but to "play" great poomsae's are not count on your speed.you have to shows the movement and the attachment of every single techniques clearly,accurately and sharply, together with you correct breathing technique, energy and balance.not really impress me.try harder..

I thought overall that pattern was really very sharp and precise. However i have to agree with Chris V's comments. You need to turn your bottom foot more on your side kick, not all of them though, dont get me wrong it was a good kick, just that will make it better. And occasional some of your punches were off centre. And between movements your shoulders and body movement looked a little stiff, just try to loosen up alittle, it will make you look more powerful. Good pattern over all though!

I think you really did sum it up chris- when you said you only know a thing or two. I have been doing sambo and taekwondo for near on 12 years or so. I thought on the whole his technique was fine.
Five years ... keep practicing.

honestly, a 2nd dan takes 7-8 years, so i'm guessing ur not that great.
