Jimmy Carter Thanks Lions, LCIF

Former U.S. President Jimmy Carter dedicates "Gift of Sight" Statue at Lions Clubs International Headquarters in Oak Brook, Illinois. During the event, Carter praised Lions, saying "I would never have dreamed of being president of the United States if it were not for the Lions."
