It's because the settings aren't right it's on lock screen you need to set it to mute!

Just got my iPad on Xmas and the day after the fucking speakers don't work...I figured they were just needed a restart so I restarted my iPad and it worked again... Now having it for two weeks it's pissing me off....I payed $800 for this bullshit! I want my full refund! But what else sucks is I have things that I had to relevel up from my iPod because they where set to devices not data on my iTunes so now I gotta get back to level 79 again?! BULLSHIT! that happend to mine when my cusion was playing with it i went into settings and changed it from flip rotion lock and switched it to mute key and then unmuted it and selected lock screen thingy after that it works all all my games and videos work..
