hi I have been watching your videos since my agora started in march and I have a problem with being alone...I can't leave the house by myself, have you ever had this problem? congrats on your progress these videos def give hope

@shimmercoconut Yes. And actually I've gone through phases where being alone was better and then being with other people is better. Being alone I felt in full control, but had nobody to drive me back if I felt incapable. Being with someone else, I felt in less control, but had someone to transport me if needed. Being alone vs. with others was always a tug-of-war. I've leaned one way, then the other, many times.

Everything is going ok. We do still have to get together lol. Why don't we start looking at the month of September. Money is kind of tight right now because August is my daughter's birthday and some other stuff but September is good for us. Your area or mine?

If you ever want to know where the exits are in any place, just ask someone with anxiety, lol. I am the same way. Good video, but the music was killing me! Not the volume but the actual songs themselves, haha. Its okay though, we just have different tastes..keep up the good work.

I'm less anxious at night anyway. I find the darkness calming. I am just now learning to cope well with the daytime. Sounds like you're coping well.

Great job Seth....the anticipatory anxiety is one of the biggest hurdles. You are doing it! Its easy as you know to find a plethora of reasons to avoid practicing. I am so proud of you. I have started using the self talk a lot more...thinking is the key to the disorder and the key to recovery. Thank you for documenting this...
