Nick's POV

(Jonas Household)



I lay in my bed deep in thought making circlular motions with my hands. Have I gone crazy? Then what is the meaning of the recent events I have witnessed, felt, and thought of? I knew the answer then, it was love.


Days have past and me and Selena were strong. Stronger than I could have imagined or believed. Added to my bliss was Joe and Demi's unexpected joining. How lucky I felt. Nothing could make me more extatic than I am now. Something felt out of place though... But, who am I to judge? Better acknowledge what is happening now than what could be happening later.




I almost sank into oblivion, when a knock on my door interupted me. Joe walked in half-heartedly and sat down on the foot of my bed.

"Dude, me and the 'rents are taking Frankie out. Wanna come with?"

"Naw." I closed my eyes ignoring what Joe was saying. How easy it was for me to do this now. All I heard was blah, blah, blah, blah and then the quiet closing of a door.

A continuous ringing sound woke me up from my dreams. I stumbled out of bed reluctantly and picked up the phone on my bed side table.
"Hello?"

"Hey Nick. It's me Cody."

"Oh hey," I yawned and sat back down on my bed,

"Listen, me and some of the other guys are chilling at David's today. You in?"



I walked out of my room and made my way downstairs into the kitchen. No one was home and I had nothing to do. It seemed like a good idea at the time.

"Sure, whatever."

" 'Ight see ya soon."

"Later."



I ran back to my room put the phone back in its spot and got dressed. I grabbed my keys and walked out the door. It was a really nice day outside. A bit cloudy but otherwise perfect. I made my way to David's house a few streets after mine, and knocked on the door, waiting for someone to open up.

"Hey, look who made it." David Henrie stood at the door with a girl draped around him. I didn't know who she was but this seemed like a very bad idea. I didn't want to seem like a pussy so I made my way around him into the house.




I saw Cody Linley sitting on one of the arm chairs, next to him Taylor Lautner, Mitchel Musso, and some other unknown females. Oh-oh.

"Hey man." Cody got up and greeted me. I took a seat next to him and looked around. Taylor and Mitchel were having a conversation with the unknown girls. I don't know why I didn't pay much attention to those girls, but now that I did, I got more horrified. There were two of them. One had curly blonde hair and blue eyes, and the other with brown wavy-ish hair with green eyes. But that wasn't what horrified me. It was what they were wearing.



The blonde had a tube top on that showed her belly, and she even sported a belly peircing. Not to mention the skimpy shorts she was wearing. The brunette was wearing a tank top so tight, I could see her bra. She sported short shorts too. But probably the worst would have to be the girl draped around David. She was blonde too but she was wearing what I would call a bathing suit but that wouldn't be a proper term. I didn't even know what to call it.



David sat on the sofa, and the blonde sat on his lap.

"Nice company you have here David." I tried not to show that I was beyond scared.

"Nice isn't it?" David twirled the blonde's hair. "Excuse me for a second." David got up and walked to the kitchen.



A few minutes later he came back with a carton. He placed the carton on the table and began to pull out bottles. Beer to be exact. He handed one to Mitchel, Cody and then made his way across to me. I took the bottle reluctantly but tried not ot show it. David got his bottle and opened it. He took a long sip before looking at each of us. "Go ahead try some."

Cody and Taylor opened theres and drank. I stared into mine, but not opening it.
"C'mon Nick." David looked at me. "Live a little."
