This video is about the process of the making of the 'Samsung B3310' commercial for South Africa. It begins with an idea that draws a parallel between the pitfalls of social interaction and how people are often inept at saying what they mean. Through the Samsung Nox, with its QWERTY keyboard for easy use on social networking sites, the concept of putting yourself out there to make a change is illustrated through a graffiti character, causing change by interacting in different dilemmas.

The concept brings Graffiti art alive, using traditional animation techniques
to communicate the narrative. The use of traditional, in camera, animation
gives this piece a discernible authentic taste, through a treatment that both respects the art-form and
captures the edgy creativity of the Graffiti artist.

  • @firehood1 what type of memory card does it take

  • @TheUrho i have it and its perfect for me :)

  • Thank you. I should have noticed it reads "CFX Productions" when that guy called Rob Carlisle appears, though.

  • Its built for people liking QWERTY functionality so slide out QWERTY keyboard, which in turn makes it easy to communicate on Facebook and other SNs. Its running a Samsung proprietary platform, so no additional apps! Its not highly priced, so for basic usage and if you a big text person ..yeah its good...you want something with many apps and GPS functionality rather go for the Galaxy which runs the Android platform. Hoping to try one out soon and will let you know.
