@JackAttack1000 Probably not much difference. Many automotive companies form partnerships. "Way back then," as you put it , was as late as 2009. If you are implying that GM disintegrating its partnership with Toyota at NUMMI somehow hurt the company more than decades of mismanagement, you would be wrong.

There were reasons GM should have failed...... Making cars like this that is absolutely unacceptable with any standard. And of course, people were uneducated enough to buy this? Screw you GM for making a car like this. However GM is a better company now but they were forced to be.... What the hell kind of company is that. Don't you think common sense would be to build a safer car to protect your friends and family and not be told by the government you had to make a better car. Jack Knobs!
