and because of this kind of stuff schools need more money to teach english speaking. I can't remember where the info was but az spends 10k per month per student per month on education. pricipals are making over a 100k yr and teachers are stuck in the 30k yr. range doing paper work on what they are teaching in class that day. instead of teaching.
