this is totally Frank, his voice changed a lot when he got older, but you can hear it is the same if you really know anything about Sinatra. I'm only 30 and LOVE him, and can tell his voice anywhere...he was amazing. Wish I could've met him.

Nobody but nobody, not even Sinatra, sings this song as Porter wrote it. He synchopates the rhythm and all the famous interpretations smooth it out. SSorry Cole
