Tragic as this is, these people are fucking idiots. They are actually willing to have the police violate the rights of others by stopping them and searching them without probable cause just to fix their own little agenda. Why cant these people take some fucking peronal blame for picking the bottle up. Only some sympathy can be given for this situation but race or religion does not affect the freedom or have any higher power over any other.

@100cjkennedy As someone who lives in a country where people know how to drink, I would like to point out that nobody is good at drinking. If you think you are then you are deluded or an alcoholic, or both!

Now alcohol is fun but it is also dangerously insidious and tricky. People aren't to be looked down upon just because they fell prey to its charms. On the other hand alcohol shouldn't be worshipped because it's not special, it is poison that feels good for a short while.

I guess we are living a double standard. How many lives have the native casinos ruined? Should we shut them down? How many people have died smoking Native American tobacco? Should we shut the casinos down because they contribute to people with gambling addictions? I guess its okay if they ruin peoples lives but if the shoe is on the other foot we have to shut them down and blame them for their problems. Where are they tribal police at the edge of the rez inspecting what goes into the rez?
