Someone I know has a large-ish dog in his back yard, there is a clear sign that says there is a dog in there, yet drunk people keep walking in. It's sent people to the hospital but is not a vicious dog and there is sign, so the cops are smart enough to know drunk people are dumb-asses. This is in downtown Ottawa, Canada.

@Monkey4182 I am not sure where you are from but if you have seen M13's other videos dogs are neglected in that country to an extreme point. I think @13mordeth's dog is justified. For one Bau Bau (sp?) is a really loving animal. Secondly, how would you feel if someone beat you with a paper? I dont know about you, but I would nail the guy in the face. That guy got what he deserved.
