    Tengo un amigo que se cree marcelo garcia y siempre hace la X guard ( no es muy bueno, solo alucina con el jojojo) pero siempre pasaba la guardia o salia de ahi...ahora voy a poder finalisarlo desde esa misma posicion jojojojo...

  • si si Eduarth ya la utilice y es útil,pruebala ya que el pié se queda dentro y perfecto para hacerlo.

  • If you read my comment toward the bottom, then in addition to that I think it will work on a normal X-guard, but not on my way of doing it. Just something to look out for... you may have to play with it a bit in that case, but I doubt you will have to deal with that because I haven't seen anyone do it my way except from my instructor and the guys I train with

  • The only thing that I can see is yes it looks to be effective. I only like it because actually I am an x-guard player and that is a huge part of my game so I like to see the new things out there that I have to look out for. My only concern is I have changed my X-guard to better use it by putting the bottom or front leg hook above the back leg hook to avoid people from pushing my front leg down to pass and in my X-guard, this crusher would not work because the legs would not be crossed right....

  • hi bjjmark95,i,m the other guy in the video with willy,i use this any chance i get and it always works cause you only need one arm and gravity to do it,it,s crushing on the calf if you fall forward or backward but you can give a twist on the knee as well if you manage to use both arms,
