there is a neat trick to get a widescreen in youtube
you can type into the tags: "yt:stretch=16:9"
i tried it on several videos and it worked on all of them
it's not ALL the true thing, you still have a bit of black bars to the side, but better than nothing if you want a widescreen badly
-
It seems that all that's been done is the field has been cut down vertically. What widescreen users probably really want is an expanded field of view horizontally.

@MishyFan I loved the music. My favorite was the track from the fight with the huge saxophone

Ahh i hate this level. First time i played it i did not understand how dark rayman worked until i stopped too long and well...yeah.

one of the cages that should appear under the tree which ur on top of doesnt appear
and without this htw can i get to the lest level ;(
i think i have the same version as you

I've got this game, had it since it was released...and quite a challenge it is too, you have to be quite a "twiddle fingers" sometimes!!
Also, like a good few games from that time, you can play all the music in any CD player.

This game was pretty fucking hard!

Cheers for taking my request.
Hey patrick126. PLZ can you do a walkthrough of Rayman 1 for the PC in widescreen mode?
COOLPRO195 2 years ago
It'll be quite a long walkthrough, but sure, I'd be glad to.

I've been looking all over for a copy of the original Rayman with music included, please tell me which version this is.
Were you running it under DosBox or in compatibility mode?
ColinSSX 2 years ago
I do unfortunately not have this anymore, but this was ran under DOS box and if i recall correctly this is a European version (not british multimedia focus edition though, that is the one without the music.)

If I buy the original game (not any kind of collector's edition) will it include the music and run properly under DosBox?
ColinSSX 2 years ago
I would assume so.
