to any who stumble across this video...I made this 4 years ago when I was in college and really struggling. I eventually entered inpatient treatment. It wasn't a cure, but it was a start. I am no longer active in my eating disorder, though I will NEVER forget. Recovery IS possible, keep fighting! I'm 25 now. and while I still struggle with ED thoughts, I no longer use the behaviors. Update on me: I'm currently about 10 pounds lighter then my lightest pictures in the video...and I've been told by a few doctors and specialists that i need inpatient. I may be telling my parents in the next few weeks and checking into the hospital. Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers...someday, maybe I'll beat this!

I watched this video again & realized that in EVERY picture (except my childhood ones) I have some ED - from when I didn't eat in HS through my struggle with bulimia and ED-NOS. It's sad to think of how much of my life I have lost to this,and how, though i've gained & lost weight over the years, I have never really been happy. it's my hope 2 those who may be starting with ED behaviors to get help as soon as u can. I've lost 8 years of my life to this & I'm still not better.
