I have always kinda liked dungeons and secrets where the only real reward is just the dungeon or secret. It's like... you get to have a nostalgic experience, thinking back and remembering Soul Blazer. That in itself if reward enough for me. It's kind of like when the band in Tantalus plays the Junon theme (from FF7) in FF9... I mean, even though you don't have to really do anything to get that to happen, it is still cool to just have a neat reference like that. Hope that isn't too confusing.
