  • I LOVE COFFEE!

    @_@

    Oh, why is it undesirable to store you coffee in a freezer or fridge?

  • I tried the exact same procedure. But I don't have the layer on top. Do I have to mix my coffee with the ingredient you mentioned?

  • One another thing. You only have to wait 30 minute max after the water boils otherwise it will be too cool.

  • The reason for drip coffee(from a machine) is bad is because 99% of all models do not get the water hot enough and the water often starts to go over the grounds before it has reach their highest temperature which is still to low and it will take couple of minutes until all the grounds are saturated. The best ones have a copper heating element that gets the water at the correct temperature between 195-205°F and sprays the water at that temperature over the grounds.
