Did you know that the old man on the right at the end is Ray's real dad - Albert Romano? They had family members on quite a bit. Like the little girl Mollie who is the Girl Scout leader's daughter is actually Ray's daughter Alli. And when Robert proposes to Amy,Ray's brother Richard plays one of the cops. And Amy is actually the wife of one of the show's producers - Phil. Truly was a family show. In more ways than one. No wonder it was the best!

And the reason it is The Best show ever, purely and simply, is because of the great cast! Seriously, they each were so superb in their individual roles. No one could have done it better!

I think my favorite episode would have to be when Ray and Robert are sitting in the vehicle arguing about which one of them will have to take Marie if Frank dies first. When Robert tells Ray he's like a fat kid sitting at the end of a chocolate assembly line- hilarious! The acting in that one was simply The Best. And next to that when they're in the kitchen celebrating that Frank and Marie are moving to a Retirement Home and Ray slings Debra up against the refrigerator! Again - hilarious!!!
