We want to see you develop in all areas of ministry and leadership - from helping you grow personally to building great teams, and from stirring up your creative juices to building strong Biblical foundations in your life.

In an environment buzzing with schools outreach, community action, a spirit of faith and pioneering, The Leadership Academy holds an inspirational and practical advantage for anyone aspiring to impact their generation for Christ.

You can choose from our flagship one year programme with an optional second year, or you can choose our bite sized Leadership Academy Night School. It's your time to make a difference.

The Leadership Academy One or Two Year Programme

Our 2008/2009 course is under way but why not become a part of The Leadership Academy in Sheffield starting in September 2009. By giving one or two years of your life to developing your gifts, character and passion, you could be a key part of God's plan to change your generation forever.

The Leadership Academy runs for three days a week and is ideally designed for gap year students, graduates and mature students. It includes two exciting outreach streams - THE BUZZ (creative schools programme) and IMMERSE (community and events programme), as well as a choice of eight practical areas of ministry that you can specialise in to be completed either at your home church or at Hope City Church.
